Introducing....

Baby Maxwell.
What a little angel. I am so in love! He was born on Tuesday the 26th at 4:04 in the afternoon. Weighing 6 lbs. and 13 oz. He is Hazel's little twin...three years later. They look sooo much alike as babies. Crazy! Delivery went pretty well...except the epidural that went the wrong way...disabling me from the arms up...that was fun:) Overall, the whole ordeal was sooo much quicker than the first time.
Recovery the second time around has been a bit tougher. But i'm on the mend and feeling better each day. The toughest part is teaching a three-year old how to be gentle and quiet. Hazel is also in love with her brother...a little too in love. Today Hazel put every blanket and pillow we own on top of Max so he would be warm...what a good helper. How do you teach a toddler about suffocation...any tips?

Overall, she is adjusting pretty well to her new little brother.

Next up..finding a good OB/GYN and Pediatrician in Seattle. Help!!!

Before...

After...totally beat!
